I recently visited Chris’ Automotive Center for an oil change and annual inspection on my pickup truck. The experience was quite pleasant. The waiting area was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The friendly staffs greeted me warmly, and provided exceptional service to my vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning when I need more services for my vehicles.

Such a great experience all around! Everyone was kind, helpful, and truly cared about doing an amazing job. The repair came out beautiful, and my car looks brand new again. I’m beyond grateful for the quality of the work and the wonderful service—highly recommend!

My family and I have never needed a body shop, until last month when we were involved in 2 separate accidents with both of our cars. We decided to call Chris Automotive Center and so happy we did. They were returning from a recovery (had car on flatbed) and saw I was changing the flat tire on my car on taconic exit. Eric was driving wrecker and got out and told me he would help me no charge. Brought out his jack (much better than jack provided in car) and electric impact driver. Was done in 3 minutes! What a great relief. Was on my way to family Thanksgiving celebration. You guys rock! About a week ago I went to Chris’s Auto Center to have my car fixed. They were so amazing that they found my car didn’t even have antifreeze because there was a leak and not only that, the job they did was great, clean and I could see and hear how amazing the car looks and feel. I truly recommend Chris’s Auto Center to anyone that needs a great fix for their car. It is the second time I have been there and I would do it again, it is truly worth it. I made an appointment to get my car inspection done. They took me right away and the wait time was very fast. The staff here are so friendly and warm. I also love that they have coffee for their customers.

Thank you Chris Auto, I have had endless issues with the brakes and rotors on my 2013 Honda Accord. Took it to a bunch of different places and they couldn’t fix the problem. Then, I decided to take it to Chris Auto and everything was fixed. I haven’t had a problem since and I also took my 2017 Toyota 4Runner to complete a rotor and brake job. Very satisfied. On September 8th – a young girl decided her day was most important- enough so that she was driving on Drewville Road over the speed limit and with no concern for others and a blatant disregard for safety did not see me approach from her right blind side curve from the opposite side driving Drewville. After the call was made to sheriff then next was to Chris’ automotive- the Carmel PD was not appreciative of this – as they use a different tow company; within 10 minutes Chris’ arrived – my car up and was taken home – literally a two (2) minute drive from scene… my first collision and without Toni, Tara, Christina and Vanessa – I would still be an emotional wreck – and trust me I was BIG TIME!!! I had not a clue what to do, other than call insurance.. Toni picked up the ball and ran with it / passing the goal line most impressively professionally – truly knows her ins and outs dealing with insurance and along with Tara and all others – Chris’ automotive gets the Gold Medal for compassion, knowledge, going the distance, professionalism and making me feel safe and trusted guidance in what has been a scary unknown – safe and sound today, in a new vehicle – that Toni would approve of 🙂 and hopefully after all the crazy and needing to be coaxed off hysterical mountain most days since September 8th – they will allow me to bring my new vehicle for oil changes, tire rotations in future. Praise God I was not injured or killed by this driving felon who crossed my path on the road – and praise to Chris’ Automotive !!! 10 stars and counting.., finally get dash cam !!!

Amazing people and work! They did such a great job and pay close attention to detail. The dealership couldn’t figure out why my sunroof was leaking but they found it. No extra cost, just the work that needs to be done. Highly recommend!!!

I cannot be more grateful for Chris’ Automotive. They quickly and gracefully helped out with what appeared to us at the time to be a tremendous issue. They picked up the car and repaired the car quickly and efficiently. They are trustworthy, honest and most importantly sympathetic to the fact that my 82 year old mom inadvertently put diesel in her car and was heartbroken about it. Yo I can’t thank this team enough for how efficient and honest they are in fixing my car. I have a 2013 Honda fit; bought him in 2018 named him Oliver and have been on a hunt to find the right mechanic and I finally have one. Oliver had his ignition coils burst into flames and melted my two fuses as well as needing new spark plugs. The price was amazing and if you have AAA they take it and add discounts. They were fast with the tow, very sweet dude, the team was communicative the next day (got towed after closing, used AAA to get myself there). I am going here to have my tires done next time. This is the first mechanic place where I have had great communication, time management, and knowledgeable. They don’t play games like I had to deal with in the past with fixing my car. Please use Chris automotive they are great, a rare place to find a good team that knows what they are doing with respect to their clients. Thanks my dudes Oliver is running amazing and I’m glad it wasn’t a busted transmission , I got so scared 😱

I had a small accident, and when I called my agent she told me that Chris’ Automotive was in their preferred plan, so they would take care of everything. Boy did they! Before I was even home from the accident they called to tell me that I was all set up to come in to have it looked at. They took care of all dealings with the insurance company. They even had the rental company meet me there with the replacement. I didn’t have to do anything, and my well-used car looks brand new. Toni and the rest are amazing!
